Refund policy

At Authentikickz Apparel LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and the accuracy of our listings.

New and Deadstock Items: New items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Pre-Owned Items: All pre-owned items are final sale. We provide detailed photos and condition descriptions on every listing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will issue a replacement or full refund.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
