Refund Policy
At Authentikickz Apparel LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and the accuracy of our listings. Here is our refund policy:
New and Deadstock Items
New items with original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item remains unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days.
Pre-Owned Items
All pre-owned items are final sale. We provide detailed photographs and condition descriptions for every pre-owned item. If an item arrives in a condition materially different from what was described, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs as evidence.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Authentication Disputes
While we authenticate every item using industry-standard methods including CheckCheck, Poizon, and manual expert inspection, we cannot provide a guarantee against all disputes. If you believe an item is inauthentic, please open a case through your payment processor or marketplace platform. We will work with you to resolve the issue in good faith.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items including limited editions, one-of-a-kind pieces, and items purchased at a significant discount are final sale and non-returnable.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within five to seven business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
